1. The Service

GABBii is an AI-powered search engine and intelligent interface offering web search, conversational AI, news, sports, market data, business directory, job listings, and creative tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of abuse or circumventing restrictions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Submit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems, or other users' data.
• Use the Service to generate malware, phishing content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or excessively query the Service in a manner that degrades performance for others.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

4. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit (business listings, messages, files, etc.).
• By submitting content, you grant us a licence to host, store, and display it as part of the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

GABBii generates responses using AI models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

GABBii can sometimes make mistakes. Responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, so you should always verify important facts independently before acting on them. GABBii is also opinionated — it has a distinct personality and may express views, preferences, or perspectives as part of its conversational design. These opinions are those of an AI assistant, not professional advice, and do not represent the views of the company or its staff. Treat GABBii's opinions as one perspective among many, and always use your own judgement.

6. Subscriptions & Credits

• Premium features may require a paid subscription or credit purchases processed via Stripe.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credits are consumed when using AI features (search, voice, image/video generation) and have no cash value.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions remain at the current rate until renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our permission. User-generated content remains the property of its respective creators.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of GABBii after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
